These Licensing Terms govern the purchase and use of scientific visualisation assets, cinematic 3D media, animations, renders, downloadable files, and related digital content (“Visualisations”) supplied by CBEHX (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Visualisation, the customer (“Licensee”, “you”, “your”) agrees to these Terms.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

1.1 All Visualisations, renders, animations, source files, designs, branding, and related materials remain the sole intellectual property of CBEHX.

1.2 No ownership rights are transferred to the Licensee.

1.3 The Licensee receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Visualisations strictly in accordance with the applicable license type.

1.4 All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CBEHX.

2. License Types

2.1 Educational License

The Educational License permits use by:

• schools
• colleges
• universities
• tutors
• educational institutions
• training providers

Permitted usage includes:

• classroom teaching
• lecture presentations
• student viewing
• LMS/VLE platforms
• internal educational presentations

The Educational License:

• is perpetual unless terminated under these Terms;
• is limited to the purchasing institution;
• may not be shared externally;
• may not be sublicensed or redistributed.

Attribution to CBEHX is required.

2.2 Corporate License

The Corporate License permits internal organisational use for:

• training
• onboarding
• presentations
• internal communications
• research communication
• conference presentations

The Corporate License:

• is perpetual unless terminated under these Terms;
• is limited to internal business use only;
• may not be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed;
• does not permit public advertising usage unless expressly agreed in writing.

Attribution to CBEHX is required.

2.3 Enterprise & White Label License

Enterprise and White Label licenses are provided only under separate written agreement with CBEHX.

Such licenses may include:

• branding removal
• localisation
• editable versions
• custom narration
• marketing and promotional usage rights
• integration rights
• custom adaptations
• expanded commercial usage rights

Unless expressly agreed in writing:

• ownership remains with CBEHX;
• resale rights are prohibited;
• redistribution of source or master files is prohibited;
• sublicensing rights are prohibited.

Enterprise and White Label licenses may permit public-facing commercial usage including:

• websites
• presentations
• exhibitions
• conferences
• promotional campaigns
• investor materials
• educational publishing

No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated in the written enterprise agreement.

3. Restrictions

Unless expressly authorised in writing by CBEHX, the Licensee may not:

• resell the Visualisations;
• redistribute the files;
• upload master files to public platforms;
• sublicense or transfer usage rights;
• remove watermarks from preview content;
• claim ownership of the Visualisations;
• use the Visualisations in unlawful, defamatory, or misleading contexts;
• use the Visualisations for AI model training or dataset generation.

4. Downloads, Delivery & Storage

4.1 Purchased files are supplied digitally.

4.2 Download links may be time-limited for security and operational purposes.

4.3 The License granted remains perpetual even if download access expires.

4.4 The Licensee is responsible for securely storing downloaded files following delivery.

4.5 CBEHX is not obligated to permanently host, archive, maintain, or re-supply purchased Visualisations indefinitely.

4.6 While CBEHX may, at its discretion, assist with replacement downloads where files remain available, no guarantee is made that archived copies, legacy versions, or historical project files will be retained or recoverable.

4.7 Future updates, revisions, remasters, format conversions, enhanced editions, derivative works, or additional content are not included unless expressly stated in writing.

4.8 The granted license applies only to the specific Visualisation version delivered at the time of purchase.

5. Attribution

5.1 Educational and Corporate Licenses require attribution to CBEHX.

5.2 Attribution may appear:

• within presentation credits;
• LMS/course materials;
• video descriptions;
• accompanying documentation.

5.3 Attribution requirements may be waived only under Enterprise or White Label agreements.

6. Fees & Payments

6.1 All fees are payable in full prior to download access unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2 Prices may change at any time without notice.

6.3 Purchased licenses are non-refundable once download access has been granted, except where required by law.

7. No Warranty

7.1 Visualisations are supplied “as is”.

7.2 While CBEHX aims for scientific and technical accuracy, no warranty is given that the content is free from errors or suitable for any specific purpose.

7.3 The Licensee remains responsible for verifying educational, scientific, medical, or technical accuracy before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBEHX shall not be liable for:

• indirect losses;
• loss of profits;
• business interruption;
• reputational damage;
• loss of data.

8.2 CBEHX’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

9. Termination

9.1 CBEHX may terminate any license immediately if the Licensee breaches these Terms.

9.2 Upon termination, the Licensee must cease use of all Visualisations and destroy all copies where requested.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.
