Dr. Sherif Idriss

Sherif holds a MSc of Pharmacology from the University of Oxford UK and a PhD in Neuroscience from University of Lübeck, Germany. During his PhD, he studied the role of astrocytes in energy homeostasis and obesity and novel methods of primary astrocyte culture. His work has been published in journals such as Frontiers and Neuropsychopharmacology. After his PhD, he moved to University of Bern, Switzerland for postdoctoral studies on new innovative therapies in multiple sclerosis.
